How did you hear about Rakuten Super Logistics?

I was referred to RSL from a friend who is also an RSL customer.

What challenges did you face before partnering with RSL?

Our last 3PL provider was over 3 weeks behind schedule during peak of our summer season. Customers were cancelling orders and my inbox was full of angry complaints. In one batch shipment, they also sent the wrong item out to about100 customers, creating a huge headache all at once. It was a disaster!

What challenges did you face in 2020, during the pandemic? How did RSL support you?

Understanding the position I was in at my last warehouse, the team at RSL went above and beyond to get us onboarded and operational as quickly as possible. From then on, it was smooth sailing – our orders started flowing within 24 hours of arriving at the warehouse and our customer complaints dropped to zero overnight. It was a revelation.

What advice would you give to someone who is facing similar challenges as those you overcame?

You will only regret not making the change to RSL sooner.

We used 2 other warehouses before RSL, and I can honestly say that it feels like RSL has the best of all worlds – unbeatable prices, exemplary service, perfect consistency. I’m grateful to be your customer!
